Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the instrument in its original hard case and factory shipping carton, ensuring all mouthpieces, valves, and accessories are included and secured.

• 3.
  Shipping and Insurance

  Affix the provided return label to the box and ship the item back to our warehouse using a tracked service with full insurance coverage for the instrument's value.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the instrument for its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
